Hawthorne & Reid was founded in 2009 by two lawyers who got tired of spending their days supervising junior associates billing $400 an hour for work they could do themselves. We kept the firm small on purpose. Every file is worked by a partner or under direct partner supervision.

We take on roughly 30 client companies at any given time. When we're full, we're full, and we'll tell you so. No one gets onto the calendar because we need the hours.
